And will you tell all your friends you got your gun to my head.
Taking back sunday is one of my favourite bands. They have had their issues with band members but every album they put out is just amazing. Its exiting to find out that TBS are writing and recording a new album as we speak. I am lucky enought to say that I have seen live. Taking back sunday have such a good stage presence. Adam Lazzara has this way on stage that just draws you in and you cant take your eyes off him.

Seeing as Taking back sunday are recording I thought I would share with you my 5 most favourite TBS songs.

Number 5. Money where my mouth is:

This song is one of Taking back sunday's slow songs. The lyrics are nice and the music is soothing. It's a pretty song that is one of my favourites.

Number 4. Sink into me:

This song is catchy and clever and the lyrics stay in my head for hours. My mum in the car even sings the lyrics when the song is on. This simply little song has such a good music video that just got released a few weeks ago. The black goop that eats the band is cool and TBS are just a good stage band.

Number 3. Make damn sure:

This song is not just a good song but it also has a history. This was one of the first songs that helped the bond between Sheray and I grow. This was the first video that I saw of TBS. This video is one of the most amazing performance videos I have ever seen.

Number 2. Twenty Twenty surgery:

This is song gets me singing it every time I have it on. This song is just pure and catchy. The last lyrics of the song "your so sensitive I am I am a machine", I don't know why but those lyrics always seem to get stuck in my head. I also love this video alot too.

Number 1. Cute without the E:

I also had a heart attack when Taking back sunday played this song live. This song is my favourite song EVER. It's catchy and fun and clever and just perfect. The title of the song is just as clever as the lyrics and the video is also my favourite Taking back sunday video aswell.

So tell me what are you favourite Taking back sunday songs?

RIP Paul Gray
If the week could not get from bad to worse. On the 24th of May Bass player of the band Slipknot Paul Gray was found dead at the Town Plaza hotel in Iowa, He was 38years old. The autopsy has has determined that no foul play or trauma was involved. Yesterday the band held a press conference stating "He was kind of the person in the band that really wanted everybody in the band to always get along and just concentrate on the band. He was a really great friend and a really great person. He's going to be sadly missed, and the world is going to be a different place without him.

Paul leaves behind a wife who is expecting his first child soon. Paul not only will you be missed by your band mates but by all of your loyal fans too. You will be missed!

And I've never been more scared to be alone.
Panic! at the disco (now consisting of Brendon Urie and Spencer Smith) have started reording their new album, there is no title or release date known of yet but the new album is being produced by John Feldmann who has previously produced albums for bands such as Good Charlotte, The Used and Cute Is What We Aim For.
Panic! have also released some new pictures of them recording.

I'm sure the new Panic! at the disco stuff will be just as good as when there was 4 in the band. Do you think their sound will change for the better?

Cause our love will be forever.
The new video for the new muse song "neutron star collision (love is forever)" for Eclipse came out on the 21st of May. It was so suprise that there was going to be Twilight clips in there becasue muse made the song for the movie. But I really like the video. To break it down the video is Muse performing with Twilight clips in the background. This video is amazing becuase I think Muse are good performers. There stage pressence is really eye catching and they make you look for the whole video.

And song wise I think I am still in love with neutron star collision (love is forever). The song is still catchy and I still listen to it quite frequently.

Check out the video and tell me what you think?

And if we die, we die together.
On the 17th of May the song for the new twilight movie "Eclipse" came out. Some famous bands have been chosen to do the Twilight song with "Decode" by Paramore for the Twilight movie, "Meet me on the equinox" by Death cab or cutie for the New moon movie and now the newest member to the twilight family is Muse with "Neutron star collision(love is forever)"

I think that this song is a typical Muse song, absolutely beautiful and dramatic with a cute little guitar solo.
I don't care If i hate twilight I think this song is amazing. Definitely one to download soon.

So check it out, even if you hate Twilight maybe you will love the song just as much as I do?

When I woke up in my coffin she was nowhere to be seen.
When you feel like you suck what helps you feel better? Sometimes when you see something funny It helps you feel less sick, less stressed out or less tired. A big one for me is a video that Panic! at the disco made before they changed and split up.

"It's almost Halloween" is a cute catchy song with an ever cuter clip to go with. It always puts a smile on my face when I watch it. With clever lyrics and really impressive Halloween costumes this video is one of the most fun I have ever seen.

Why not check it out? maybe it will put a smile on your face today!

So what puts a smile on your face when you feel like you suck?

If you close the door the night could last forever.
I went shopping to look for some pressents and I found this book called Nylon play: The Nylon book of music. Nylon is a fashion magazine and now they have a book about music. I'm so exited that I found it. The book is about Girls who have inspired music in the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's and in the true Nylon way there is a ton of colourful pictures!

Right now I am not a huge fan of "older" music because I have not really taken the time to really take a look and understand the history. But this book sure looks like it is going to help me open my eyes to a differant kind of music. I have only fliped through a few pages but I am quite exited to have a huge read of it tonight.

I have never really been a fan of being inspired by books but The Nylon book of music I think will give me a new hope.

I would also like to say thankyou to my bestfriend Sheray who helped me get started on my blog to helped me to keep going when I felt like it was pointless, and for also making my AMAZING layout. thankyou I love you Sheray <3

Do you ever get inspired by books?

Well after all we will lie another day.
I am sad to tell you (the delayed news that I have found found) that on the 4th of March Frank Iero (guitarist of My chemical romance) announced that drummer Bob Bryar has left the band. This is what Frank wrote on the bands website.
"As of 4 weeks ago My Chemical Romance and Bob Bryar parted ways. This was a painful decision for all of us to make and was not taken lightly. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors and expect you all to do the same."

Now im not sure what is going on with my Bob left and I am not sure who is his replacment but what I do know is that My chemical romance is promising fans that a new album is on the way.

Poor Bob and My chemical romance. Too many good bands are getting rid of members or splitting up!

Tell me what you think about the news?

Not that I don't like you, Im just at a party.
With a messy room and a bag to pack I am in the living room watching MTV procrastinating. The video for "Telephone" by Lady Gaga featuring Beyone is on. In a way I think idolize Lady Gaga a little bit. She is always super confident in what she does and what she wears and not seem to care about peoples opinions of her, I think this is a good quality to have. She has a style that I admire, with quirky new trends that she makes they are always amazing.

I dont think matters what style of music it is someone is always going to criticize it, from popstarts wearing a lack of clothes to guys in punk bands wearing makeup.I really like Lady Gaga's music and videos. They are ceative and the style is amazing. One of my favourite songs and videos of Lady Gaga is "Telephone". I like how the song has a "get up and dance" vibe. The video is quite sheek and girlie tough with a jail theme. My favourite bit of the video is at the end where Lady Gaga and Beyonce have killed everyone in the diner and they are dancing while wearing Amerian flag themed clothes.

So what do you think of Lady Gaga? Attention seeker, Diva or pure genius?

Someone should have told her that pretty aint a job.
When Panic at the disco split down the middle Ryan Ross and Jon Walker made their own band "The young veins". The young veins are releasing a new album called Take a vacation on the 6th of June this year.

So a few months ago the young veins released a new single "Change". There is something about this song that is very Pretty. Odd (wich is the last album that Panic at the disco did before they split). "Change" sound like it was inspired the the Beatles. This is not suprising since Ryan Ross seems to be a "wanna be Beatle" right now. But dont get me wrong this song is amazing with its catchy tune and unbelievably confusing lyrics that Ryan Ross is so good at writing, "Change" is a song that gets stuck in your head.

I am very exited to hear "Take a vacation" when it comes out on the 6th of June.

why not check out "change".

I know that I've been dancing around the truth.
The other day I was just cruising on the net when I came across a song called "Smelyalata" (yeah I am trying to figure out how to pronounce it too). This song is ridiculously catchy and I like to listen to it when something has gone wrong with my friends.

This song is by a band called "Nevershoutnever", but the band is really just one guy named Christofer who is only 19. Nevershoutnever really reminds me of Owl City, Kinda Indie with a bit of dance thrown in with beautiful lyrics that make no scence at all.

"Smelyalata" is quite a diverse song starting with accoustic guitar and a tambourine then getting a bit more of a faster feel as the song goes along. The lyrics are pretty and fit the music well. There is something about the music and lyrics that when you listen to it, it just you in a good mood and puts a smile on your face.

Right now I am still exploring the music of Nevershoutnever, why not join me and check them out?
